The long-serving executive managed Tottenham's relocation to the club's new home in recent years.
American tech entrepreneur Earick has ruled out submitting an official acquisition offer for the North London club.
Tottenham had previously “clearly turned down” an preliminary inquiry from a consortium led by Earick last month and stated the team was not for sale.
But the nation's corporate governance laws required that, having had an initial approach turned down, the group needed to make an offer by late October or state they would not proceed.
Official word of the determination was made in a release released by the club to the financial markets, indicating the organization is “no longer in an acquisition window.”
Earick posted an snapshot of the release on digital channels, remarking: “I've had a privilege engaging with the club and the Lewis family's agents over the past few months.
“I hold high regard for the organization, its management, and its followers, and hope for continued achievements.”
Tottenham's directors thanked the consortium for its “positive engagement” in talks and for “honoring the firm stance” of the owners that the club is off the market.
Earick is a ex-disc jockey who also was employed in spacecraft research for Nasa before creating the innovation company, which concentrates on technology, media, sports and entertainment.
Earick's proposal was the third inquiry turned down by the organization's leadership since the sudden departure of long-serving chairman Daniel Levy in the fall.
Earlier in September, the club turned down offers from previous club stakeholder Staveley's PCP International Finance Limited and a group led by Roger Kennedy and the co-investor through Firehawk Holdings.
Daniel Levy and his relatives hold about thirty percent of the parent company – which has an nearly 87 percent stake in Tottenham.
He was the English top flight's longest-serving chairman and is estimated to have received in excess of fifty million pounds during his long tenure in the position.
However he was also the target of frequent demonstrations by Spurs fans, particularly last term as domestic league results proved below expectations.
Tottenham won their major honor in 17 years when they defeated United in May's continental decider.
